Welcome to Fancy Pants Laundry Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your use of our website located at fancypantslaundryco.com, our mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Fancy Pants Laundry Co. ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Services

Fancy Pants Laundry Co. provides professional laundry and dry cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Wash, dry, and fold services
Dry cleaning services
Pickup and delivery services
Alterations and repairs
Specialty cleaning for delicate items
Commercial laundry services

Our services are processed at CSC Laundry Processing Centers and delivered back to you according to your preferences and our service schedule.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your account information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Service Terms and Conditions

The CSC Promise

Your laundry orders are protected by our "CSC Promise," which provides reimbursement for lost or damaged items under certain circumstances as outlined in the Liability and Damages section below.

Service Areas

Our pickup and delivery services are available in Jupiter, Florida, and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to change without notice.

Bag Policy and Load Calculations

Wash Dry Fold bags are designed to hold one load of laundry (up to 15 pounds)
Each bag is treated as an individual load of laundry
Additional charges may apply based on the number of loads your laundry consists of
You may request extra bags or use your own bags
Returned laundry will be provided in Wash Dry Fold bags, which you may keep

Pricing and Payment

Service Rates

Pricing is based on the number of loads processed
Additional services (stain removal, special care items, alterations) may incur extra charges
Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service completion
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our platform
Automatic payment may be processed for subscription services
You are responsible for keeping payment information current and valid

Late Fees and Collections

Late payment fees may apply to unpaid balances
We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances
Persistent non-payment may result in account termination and collection actions

Scheduling and Service Execution

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled times
Weather, traffic, and other circumstances may affect service timing
You must be available during scheduled pickup times or arrange for alternative arrangements

Service Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We will notify you of significant delays when possible
Compensation for delays is limited to service credits at our discretion

Care Instructions and Special Items

Garment Care

We follow standard industry practices for garment care
Special care instructions must be communicated at the time of service
We reserve the right to refuse items that we determine cannot be safely processed
Certain items may require additional processing time or fees

Prohibited Items

We will not process items that are:

Contaminated with hazardous materials
Excessively soiled with bodily fluids, chemicals, or other dangerous substances
Made from materials that cannot be safely cleaned
Items with significant pre-existing damage
Items of significant value without prior arrangement and additional insurance

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code
Harass, abuse, or harm our employees or other customers

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring items are suitable for our cleaning processes
Removing all personal items from pockets before service
Informing us of any stains, damage, or special care requirements
Being available for scheduled pickups or making alternative arrangements
Providing accurate delivery information and access to delivery locations

Intellectual Property Rights

Company Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fancy Pants Laundry Co. and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

User Content

By submitting content to our Service (reviews, feedback, suggestions), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content for business purposes.

Liability and Damages

CSC Promise Coverage

Under our CSC Promise, we provide reimbursement for lost or damaged items according to the following terms:

Covered Losses

Items lost by our company during the cleaning process
Damage caused by our cleaning processes when proper care instructions were followed
Items damaged due to our negligence in handling

Coverage Limitations

Maximum liability per item: $50 or replacement cost, whichever is less
Maximum liability per order: $500
Coverage does not include items damaged due to:
- Pre-existing wear, damage, or defects
- Normal wear and tear from cleaning
- Damage from following customer care instructions that prove unsuitable
- Force majeure events beyond our control
- Customer negligence or failure to follow instructions

Claims Process

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Proof of purchase or value may be required
We reserve the right to inspect damaged items
Settlements will be made at our discretion based on investigation results

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fancy Pants Laundry Co., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers and Warranties

Service Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee specific cleaning results for all items
We cannot guarantee removal of all stains or restoration of all damage
Service timing estimates are not guarantees

No Warranties

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Subscription Services and Cancellation

Subscription Terms

If you subscribe to recurring services:

Subscriptions automatically renew according to your selected frequency
You may modify or cancel subscriptions through your account settings
Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with notice

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup
Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance may incur a fee
Subscription services may be cancelled at any time with effect at the next billing cycle
Prepaid services are generally non-refundable unless required by law

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, weather conditions, or acts of God
Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
Labor disputes, strikes, or work stoppages
Equipment failures, power outages, or technical difficulties
Public health emergencies or pandemics

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Arbitration

For disputes involving amounts under $10,000, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver

You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against us, except where prohibited by law.

Modifications and Updates
