Wash Dry Fold bags are designed to hold two loads of laundry (up to 30 pounds).

Your laundry will be returned in Wash Dry Fold bags, which are yours to keep, along with your original bag. Additional charges may occur depending on the amount of loads your laundry consist of (1 bag = 2 loads).

Items will be separated into Whites and Darks. Care will be give to not mix the two.

We take treating your clothes with care seriously. Your order is protected by the "FPL Promise" which provides reimbursement for lost or damage laundry in certain circumstances. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for more information.

Yes. Laundry professionals are equipped with the necessary knowledge and materials to ensure your laundry is processed safely and efficiently.

Laundry is processed at a Laundry Processing Center where each load is washed, dried, and folded before it is returned.
