Each bag is designed to hold up to 30 pounds of laundry which ensures we're able to process your laundry appropriately.

How much laundry can a Wash Dry Fold Bag Hold?
Wash Dry Fold bags are designed to hold two loads of laundry (up to 30 pounds).
How do I get a Wash Dry Fold Bag?
Your laundry will be returned in Wash Dry Fold bags, which are yours to keep, along with your original bag. Additional charges may occur depending on the amount of loads your laundry consist of (1 bag = 2 loads).
Do different cycles need to be separated?
Items will be separated into Whites and Darks. Care will be give to not mix the two.
Who is responsible for lost or damaged clothing?
We take treating your clothes with care seriously. Your order is protected by the "FPL Promise" which provides reimbursement for lost or damage laundry in certain circumstances. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for more information.
Will my Laundry be safe and will it be handled correctly?
Yes. Laundry professionals are equipped with the necessary knowledge and materials to ensure your laundry is processed safely and efficiently.
Where will my Laundry be processed?
Laundry is processed at a Laundry Processing Center where each load is washed, dried, and folded before it is returned.
